Notices and Disclosures

  • Business and Financial Transparency and Disclosures include items such as Quarterly Investment Reports, Annual Operating Budget, Legislative Appropriations Reports, Public Funds Act, Check Registry details, Utilities Reports and Disclosure Statements by Board of Trustee members and/or Administrative personnel.

  • Completion Rates and Data, student data reports, Graduation Rates, Student Success Reports, and the like, are generated through our Office of Planning, Research, Assessment and Accreditation (Institutional Effectiveness). GC's primary institutional goal is student success, and we collect and analyze several sources of information to help us better direct our time, attention, and resources to help students achieve their educational goals.

  • Consumer Information The following information is disclosed to you as a student at Grayson College in compliance with federal law. For additional information, including requesting a paper copy of any of the materials, please visit the indicated websites, or contact the appropriate office(s) directly.

  • Course and instructor information is contained within the College Directory, and textbook information is easily found on the Campus Bookstore page. End of course evaluations are also available for review in this section.

  • Tax Rate and Budget Notices provides information on the College's tax rate and budget approval process.

  • Student Rights to Know section outlines the complaint procedure, links to the Texas Education Agency postsecondary and career information, and Grayson College's Online Resume using Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board data.

  • Non-discrimination statements, Title IX, Section 504 Age Act, and ADA inquiries may be directed to the Vice President for Academic and Student Affairs.

  • Athletics Disclosure database consists of athletics data that are submitted annually as required by the Equity in Athletics Disclosure Act (EADA), via a Web-based data collection, by all co-educational postsecondary institutions that receive Title IV funding.
