Residence Halls Open
Fall & Spring (The week before the first day of class)
- The meal plan will not start until the first day of class.
- Students will be assigned a date and time for check-in.
You must check-in during regular business hours, unless prior arrangements have been made in the housing office.
We will continue to take applications with deposit/application fee even if space is not available at the time. This will generate a waiting list. You are encouraged to send in your application and $200 in early Spring.
You will need to contact the Residence Hall Coordinator to cancel your reservation. If you cancel after you have been assigned a bed, then the $200 is non-refundable.
If you are on the waiting list, and a bed does not come available, you will receive 100% refund. You will need to contact the Residence Hall Coordinator, if you choose to come off the waiting list.
If you are on the waiting list and a room does not come available you will receive 100% refund on deposit.
Fall/Spring – You will need to be checkout, no later than noon on the Friday following semester finals. If you are planning on participating in graduation, then you will be allowed to stay until noon on Saturday. You will need to let the Residence Hall Supervisor know, prior to the Commencement Ceremony.
