Funded through personal contributions from employees at
the former Johnson & Johnson Manufacturing plant, along with
employee matching gift contributions. This fund was established in
1995 by the union members of the local Johnson & Johnson plant
in memory of Billy Mayo & Rubin Jones, two former union
presidents, to assist children of employees of Johnson &
Johnson as they pursue their educational goals. This endowed fund
is held through the GC Foundation, and recipients apply to and are
selected by the J & J plant's Union Scholarship Committee.
