Policies & Services
The Grayson College Library promotes student success through curriculum support materials. The Library also addresses appropriate individual informational needs of the community through quality services and materials. The Library cooperates with other informational agencies whenever possible, as well as aspiring to continual improvement upon existing services and materials.
Current Grayson College students, faculty, and staff may receive a BARR library card which allows one to borrow materials from any of the three BARR member libraries. A current Grayson College ID is required to create a library card account. The application is online at HYPERLINK TO http://gcl.tlcdelivers.com:8086/onlineBorrowerRegistration.html
Overdue and Lost Materials
Returning materials on time is your responsibility. Items may be renewed if your account is in good standing and no one has reserved the material. Renewal requests may be made in person, over the phone, or online. As a courtesy, we will send a notice when you have an item that is overdue. Please be sure that we have your current contact information so that communications may reach you in a timely manner. Unreturned items will be billed to your account and a hold placed on your record in the Registrar’s Office.
View Your Account Online
Your Account Online allows you to save searches, place and view hold requests, confirm items currently charged to your account, renew items, and share titles with friends. To access your account, you need your library card number and 4-digit pin. If you do not have a pin or have forgotten it, contact the Library to establish or reset it.
