Whether you're a novice or a serious amateur or somewhere in between - Grayson College offers something for everyone. Our Hospitality and Culinary Arts Center is becoming a leader in hospitality and culinary training in Grayson County.
In addition to our degree and certificate programs, Grayson College is now offering recreational Cooking Classes open to the public. In just a few hours, you can learn knife skills, perfect your favorite pastry or explore global cuisines.

Chef Instructor Kendra Murphy teaches a fun and exciting class featuring cupcakes! We will be preparing some traditional favorites such as vanilla cupcakes, but also some new twists such as red velvet and Dr Pepper cupcakes.
Impress your guests by taking this interactive class highlighting one of the classic Mother Sauces - Hollandaise. Our menu includes Eggs Benedict, Baked French Toast Casserole and Herb-Roasted Potatoes.
You and your child will join Chef Kendra Murphy (mother of 4 boys!) for a fun and interactive day of baking. Chef Murphy will share some recipes that she loves to bake with her kids. Suitable for ages 8 and up.
Join Chef Instructor Gina Hubbard as we create a classic Tomato Creole Sauce for a New Orleans style Shrimp and Chicken Jambalaya. We will pair the main course with a Spicey Remoulade Coleslaw and Yam Biscuits.
