3/13/2018 - Phi Theta Kappa Wins Big at Regional Convention
A team of eight honors students and two advisors traveled to Houston, Texas last week to attend the Texas Phi Theta Kappa Regional Convention.
Grayson softball earned a split on Wednesday afternoon against McLennan in its first home conference games. The Highlanders of McLennan took over game one late with back to back four run innings to win 11-1. The Vikings responded though behind the arm of Olivia Gutierrez with a 5-4 win in game two.
3/8/2018 - Basketball Tryouts
In January, the Grayson College Board of Trustees approved the addition of both men’s and women’s basketball. In February, the College announced the names of the coaches who will lead those teams. And, now information on team tryouts is being shared.

3/5/2018 - Vikings Open Conference Play With Two Wins
After a 17 day stretch of being rained out, Grayson softball got on the right side of the scoreboard twice on Saturday afternoon winning their conference openers at Vernon College. The Vikings took game one 10-2 and used some late inning heroics from Baylee McBrannon and Cailyn Cunningham to win game two 4-3.

1/26/2018 - Grayson College Brings Back Basketball
On January 23, the Grayson College Board of Trustees approved the addition of both men’s and women’s basketball in addition to other programs. “Both the men’s and women’s basketball programs will begin playing in the fall, and excitement may be an understatement,” said GC Athletic Director Michael McBrayer.
