Grayson College's vibrant art program is enhanced through a busy schedule of exhibits, artist receptions, and events. These activities support and are coordinated with the region's art community.
Grayson College was pleased to include new Gallery space in its recent renovation and expansion of the Arts and Communication Center. The unusual (and sometimes misleading!) name is a nod to its early start at the college. Looking for space to exhibit student work, Art Director Steve O. Black convinced the college and the Library to allow him to share space on the second floor of the Library. This was the home of the Gallery for many years, hence the name 2nd Floor Gallery. Now in its new setting, the 2nd Floor Gallery is inside the Arts and Communications Center on the College's Main Campus, where it hosts contemporary exhibitions featuring local, regional, and student artists.
Gallery hours are typically Monday through Friday, 9 am - 3 pm
6101 Grayson Drive (Hwy 691), Denison, TX 75020
