Do you like working with small children?  Do you think that we need quality early childhood education and care for children?  Do you think that changing the future starts with starting with our youngest people?  If you do, then an Applied Associates of Child Development is the perfect degree for you.  In this 60-hour degree explores child growth and development and how to interact and provides the strongest education and foundations for all children birth through adolescence with a focus on birth through 8.  This degree has you in the early childhood classrooms from the first semester working and learning.  This degree allows for many careers in a variety of fields like child care, physical therapy, occupational therapy, Early Childhood interaction and Head Start.

Grayson College offers a Child Development Associate of Applied Science degree, a Certificate option, and a Marketable Skills Award. The Child Development AAS degree program is also available in an online format. All coursework may be completed without visiting campus!
