Residence Halls Open: Fall & Spring (The week before the first day of class)
You must check-in during regular business hours, unless prior arrangements have been made in the housing office.
Application Deadline:
We will continue to take applications with deposit even if space is not available at the time.
This will generate a waiting list. You are encouraged to send in your application early spring.
Cancellation Deadline:
July 15: 100% of your deposit
July 22: 60% of your deposit
July 29: 0%
If you are on the waiting list and a room does not come available you will receive 100% refund on deposit.
Fall - 12 hours after last final (residents can leave their belongings if returning for the spring)
Spring - 12 hours after last final (residents must move everything out)
