Facility Rental

The Center for Workplace Learning of Grayson College welcomes public use of its meeting facilities in keeping with the College’s mission to “enrich our community by providing opportunities for information and educational needs.” CWL and Grayson College events and classes are given priority use of the facility, but preference, past this, is on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations are made by completing the rental agreement (see below) and the cost is determined based on the renter’s tax exempt status.  More information is available through the CWL main office, 903.463.8765.


There are three Seminar Rooms, an Auditorium, and a Computer Lab available in the Center for Workplace Learning. The rooms offer varied levels of seating ranging from 20 to 36 people. Amenities include Internet connection, DVD/VCR capability, sound, ceiling-mounted projector, white boards, instructor computer, and tech support (see below for more details).

Great Western Dining, Grayson College’s food service provider, has first right of refusal for catering services. They can be reached at 903.463.8632.

The Center for Workplace Learning’s state-of-the-art Auditorium seats 200 people comfortably. It is a multi-media training facility that is available for seminars, corporate trainings and special events in economic and workforce training. The Auditorium is complete with an instructor computer/projector.

All rooms and the building are wheelchair accessible. All rooms are equipped with a white board, lecture tables, desktop PC, internet connection, DVD capability, video projector, flip chart and a podium. In addition, a wireless microphone is available in the auditorium. Tech support is available for an additional fee in all rooms.
