Nursing Entrance Exam (NEX)

Effective January 2, 2025, Grayson College will implement the New Nursing Entrance Exam (NEX) for all Health Sciences program applications.

Key Information:

  • Registration and Payment: Schedule your exam and submit payment directly through the NLN website at www.nlntest.org. The Testing Center cannot complete your registration.

  • Testing Locations:

    • Grayson College Testing Center (Main Campus - Denison)

    • Grayson College Testing Center (South Campus - Van Alstyne)

    • Remote Proctoring: An online proctoring option is available for an additional fee via the NLN website.

  • Resources: Visit www.nlntest.org for the most up-to-date information and study guides.
