Thank you for your interest in Grayson College! Position announcements for faculty and staff positions will be posted as they become available. 

  • The College prefers that an application be submitted electronically using the links tied to a specific position.  However, we will accept the Grayson College Employment Application in paper form.  Stop by the HR Office, e-mail, or download an application here.

  • All positions begin with the on-line employment application linked to a specific position.

  • Background Checks: Satisfactorily passing a criminal background check will be required before candidates receive a job offer.

  • Transcripts: For positions requiring a degree or where college hours earned was a determining factor for employment, a certified copy of the highest level transcript will be required at time of employment.

Veteran's Employment Preference


Grayson College grants veteran's employment preferences as authorized by Chapter 657 of the Texas Government Code.

If you are eligible for veteran's employment preference, please email to notify the human resources office when you submit your employment application.  You may also call the human resources office at 903-463-8770.  

Who is eligible for veteran's preference?

  1. A veteran, including a veteran with a disability;

  2. A veteran's surviving spouse who has not remarried; and

  3. An orphan of a veteran if the veteran was killed while on active duty.

Qualified individuals will receive preference in employment over other applicants for the same position who do not have a greater qualification.  A position may be designated as a veteran's position and only consider candidates eligible for veteran's preference.
