Your Input is Valuable
The Grayson College Police Department relies heavily on input from the campus community to improve our services. We currently employ two different methods for obtaining feedback. The first is through a Climate Survey which is a short survey that asks specific questions about how students/employees/visitors feel about the safety and security of the campus, as well as thoughts on the services provided by the department. This survey allows us to tailor our services and programs to better fit the needs of our community. Our second method of obtaining input is through our police service feedback form. We encourage you to take a moment to provide us with feedback on your experience with our staff. Feedback can be either positive or if there was a negative interaction, we want to know as well. We will also be happy to contact you to discuss any comments/complaints as well if you leave your contact information within the form.
Should you wish to file a formal complaint against any member of the Grayson College Department of Public Safety, please begin by reviewing the College Policy on complaints.
Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. We rely on input from the community to provide excellent customer service and improve our services to our community!
