Police and Campus Safety
About
The Grayson College Police Department provides law enforcement and security services to all components of Grayson College including academic campuses, student housing, athletic events and satellite facilities throughout Grayson County.
The department consists of 7 certified Police Officers, 3 Courtesy Officers, and the Crime Records Coordinator. To provide a safe campus for our students, staff, faculty and visitors, the department has certified police officers and/or PSO on patrol. Unarmed Public Safety Officers work closely with our Patrol Officers by constantly patrolling campus properties and staffing fixed posts at various facilities.
Patrol is the core of the Grayson College Police Department. These officers are the ones who answer calls for service, respond to alarms and enforce state criminal and traffic laws in addition to the policies of Grayson College.
