How to Obtain an ID Card

Identification Cards are an important tool for students and employees. Most services on campus rely on a current ID for access, and many community businesses offer a discount by showing a current student ID card.

Student IDs are available at the Student Life Office on the Main Campus or at the Administrative Office at the South Campus. IDs will be made for students who are currently enrolled for classes and have paid. Students must provide the following documentation to receive an ID card:

1. A photo ID (driver's license, a passport with photo, or a high school ID card are acceptable).

2. A copy of your paid receipt from the "Pay-Review Screen"

3. Provide your 9 or 11 digit GC Student Number

Students are required to get a new ID card each academic year. If a card is lost or destroyed a replacement card can be obtained by paying a $2.00 replacement fee at the Business Office (located in the Administrative Services Building). Bring the paid receipt to the Student Life Office and ask for a replacement ID card.

GC employees are required to get a GC ID card. Employee ID cards are non expiring and the College expects each employee to wear the ID card daily.

Monday - Thursday 8 a.m. - 9 p.m.

Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. 

Closed on Saturday and Sundays
