Student Support Services Eligibility Guidelines

To receive assistance from SSS, students must meet one of the following criteria:

  • Low-Income College Student
  • First Generation College Student (neither parent graduated from a four-year college)
  • Low-Income and first generation student
  • Disabled College Student
  • Disabled and Low-Income College Student

For family units with more than eight members, add the following amount for each additional family member: $6,720 for the 48 contiguous states, the District of Columbia, and outlying jurisdictions; $8,400 for Alaska; and $7,725 for Hawaii.
