Description

Join us for an educational opportunity to pair four (4) ½ oz. spirit samples and one (1) 3 oz. cider sample, all produced by the Grayson Distillation Program with five (5) bite-size appetizers prepared under the direction of the Grayson Culinary Program. Each participant will receive a Grayson Distillery logo shot glass. In this two-hour workshop, you will learn about the fermentation and distillation processes that created these beverages. The spirits sampled during the seminar are not for sale.

Topics

The pairings will consist of:

  • Brandy paired with terrine
  • Whiskey paired with chocolate mousse
  • Tequila paired with a mini street taco
  • Cider paired with grilled pork
  • Rum paired with baked brie & fig compote.
