Lady Vikings Qualify for World Series

The Lady Vikings Softball Team went undefeated in the Region 5 North Softball Tournament, making them the Region 5 Champions and qualifiers for the NJCAA Softball World Series.

Grayson had an outstanding run in the Region 5 North Tournament, winning 10-0 over Ranger, 4-2 over Temple, 13-5 over McLennan, and 5-3 over NCTC. The Lady Vikings will make their way to Yuma, Arizona on May 25-29 for a chance to win the national title.

The Vikings go into the tournament with a 44-5 overall record, NTJCAC and Region 5 Champs, and ranked #4 on the NJCAA poll.
