Grayson College, in collaboration with Antero Group, is developing plans for the reuse of the Grayson College West Extension site. Located at the entrance to North Texas Regional Airport, Grayson College owns 8 acres of land referred to as the Grayson College West Extension and includes four former military structures (3401, 3402, 3403 McCullum, and 253 Roberts Avenue) and undeveloped portions of land that now serve as home to the College’s Viticulture & Enology program.

To assist with assessment, cleanup activities, and the redevelopment of the site, Grayson College applied for and received funding from the United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA). After engaging with community stakeholders, several ideas were discussed for potential uses of this property and strategies for redevelopment. The purpose of this meeting is to provide the public with updates on the status of the project and collect additional feedback.

This public meeting will be held in the boardroom at Grayson College at 6101 Grayson Drive (Hwy 691) in Denison. For those interested in attending but unable to participate in-person, an online option will be available through the Zoom platform.
