Meet Gordon D. Warren, the Director of Career and Technical Dual Credit here at Grayson College!


Gordon Warren is an accomplished administrator with a long history of involvement in education, developing business, local politics, and guiding nonprofits to success. Most recently, he worked as Vice President of the Brown County Center for Ranger College. He has volunteered and served on the board of Abilene ISD and local chapters of Big Brothers/Big Sisters, CASA, Salvation Army, American Red Cross, and local homeless shelters. Moreover, Gordon has experience building relationships with major industries, health care organizations, and governmental agencies to benefit students and communities. Gordon is a first-generation college graduate that began his education in a Texas community college following service in the United States Army. His graduate work was done at Texas Tech University. He believes deeply in the power of community colleges to positively transform lives and plans to spend the rest of his career in service to that end.

What was your favorite class you took in college? Psychology

What is your favorite thing about Grayson College? The focus at Grayson truly is on the student.  I love our Mission Statement.

What is a fun fact about you? I was raised by a Grandmother that was born with four arms and was a kleptomaniac.  :)  She was awesome.

What is one thing that you wish you could tell your younger self? Never ever be mean to anyone.
