12/3/2021 - In Memoriam: Rad Richardson

On December 1, former Grayson College Board Member Rad Richardson passed away at the age of 81. Richardson played a pivotal role in the growth of the college during his six years on the board. Active members of the local community, he and his wife Marty, who is a nursing professor at Grayson College, have been long-time supporters of the Grayson College Foundation.

11/29/2021 - Meet Kristi Wade, the Director of the Promise Program

Kristi Wade comes to Grayson College to lead the Texoma and Grayson Promise Programs with a long career in the hi- tech industry. She graduated from Murray State College with an AAS in Computer Science and East Central University with a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Computer Information Systems. This was the first time the degree was introduced at ECU and has since evolved into bigger curriculum offerings.

11/22/2021 - Grayson Theatre Department to Hold Auditions for Love Letters

The Grayson College Theatre Department is hosting open auditions for their production of Love Letters by A.R. Gurney. Auditions are open to any current Grayson College student, and will be held in Cruce Stark Auditorium on December 7th at 7pm. The audition will consist of readings from the script. The Love Letters production will take place on February 10-13, 2022.

11/18/2021 - Meet Maggie Bruce, the Director of Strategic Enrollment and Retention at Grayson College!

Maggie Bruce is the Director of Strategic Enrollment and Retention. Her primary role is to analyze enrollment and retention data and develop strategies to specifically market Grayson College according to data findings.

11/8/2021 - Meet Corey Leird, Career and Pathways Coach at Grayson College

Corey Leird is our new Career and Pathway Coach. He is from Pottsboro, Texas and was a former student at Grayson College. He also attended the University of North Texas and has a master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Texas at Arlington. Corey understands firsthand the struggle some students face in selecting a college major and career path.
